Ivabradine in Patients Undergoing Noncardiac Surgery: a Randomized Controlled Trial - PubMed Among patients undergoing noncardiac surgery, ivabradine did not reduce the occurrence of MINS.

Unfortunately a negative trial stopped prematurely. Once again, used a fixed dose started on AM of surgery- intraop HR only 3 beats lower than control. Would have liked to see a start 7d preop & dose titrated, even on DOS, to see a greater diff in HR between groups.
