Didn't go to the noise gig last week, but I'm making up for it by going to a Celtic donk rave tomorrow.

I've noticed how me and husbandonk are keen on video games in the autumn/winter and then don't touch the PS4 in the spring/summer.

I wonder if that's similar for anyone else.

I saw a deal for the Ezio Collection on the PS4, gave in and bought it so I could play something nostalgic like Assassin's Creed II.

Brings back teenage memories for sure.

Sometimes I wonder if people see my threads about furry and they think 'oh not again Sylv.'

They just kind of happen. I think it's easier to make little introspective posts on here instead of going 'am doggo' or 'am I cute?'

(the answer to both is, of course!)

Now, despite the current state of things, I feel good about myself and I'm relatively happy.

Maybe I should look at this as an opportunity to see if I can define furry in a new way, or not and just accept that it's not something I need like I did back then.

It's interesting seeing people I met almost a decade ago who are still so similar, but different.

There's a connection to furry they have that remained and it's like I've moved on or grown distant with it because of that association of it being something I got into out of desperation almost.

Looking back, I was lonely and depressed. Furry came at the right time maybe. It alleviated the loneliness and being touch starved as a young adult coming to terms with her sexuality and gender.

I remember just leaving the house super early and heading up to Scotland on a 3 hour train for a meet.

Sometimes I think about how I was more impulsive with those things.

Feels kind of weird, but sweet stumbling upon profiles on here of furries I met years ago.

One of those days where I wonder if I'd be good at streaming myself listening to music, talking about it or other things.

Chip butty is lovely.

They're thicker 'fries' though. Starchy pub/chip shop kind of food.

At least it's a veggie option (vegan if they use vegan butter/margarine or no spread).

Better than something like beef dripping spread on toast.

Nothing like a re-listen to Pawn Hearts to remind myself of how good it is.
