The GOP is holding the government hostage to strip healthcare subsidies from working families, just to fund tax cuts for billionaires. Meanwhile, SNAP benefits that feed millions hang in the balance. Their message is clear. The ultra-wealthy's tax breaks matter more than whether children eat.
