I know statistics are poorly understood and are misused. But facts matter

Between the 1991, 2001, 2011 and 2021 Census *every* ethnic group in the UK has become *less* geographically segregated and *all* groups, majority and minorities, are more likely to interact with people not like them

The UK public, all demographics, support climate action. A huge public campaign led to the Climate Change Act, and it has meant more action on job creation, nature protection, energy security, and wellbeing.

It is obvious the Conservatives are listening to vested interests not the public interest.

This also isn’t true!!! There is a public consultation NOW OPEN and you can go have your say. Obviously they want to present it as a done deal but it’s not.

Totally agree, wkg class voices not heard. Properly funding arts = properly funding artists. Also it's not a binary of working class / 'generationally wealthy' - plenty of 'middle class' writers who aren't able to create, <1 month's pay away from not being able to keep their kids housed / fed etc.

Who’s eligible for the 2025 COVID-19 vaccine, or β€˜Autumn Booster’? This blog post was reviewed and updated in September 2025. When autumn comes, protection from any earlier COVID-19 vaccination you may have had will be starting to wane. For those who are more likely ...

Some under 75 are still eligible, e.g those on immunosuppressive biological therapies (including, ironically, those taking a drug used to treat severe Covid in hospital) ukhsa.blog.gov.uk/2025/06/26/w...

Digital IDs are a terrible, dangerous idea for numerous reasons.

But, even on their own terms, what's the gap they're supposed to fill?

It seems many people don't realise that we already have eVisas. All migrants get this "digital record" of their status and permission anyway.

Yes a single ID is more convenient, and there are ways to partition information that are secure, but there is nothing more secure than physical separation of data.

Using multiple forms of ID which already exist, each with specific scope has huge privacy benefits and is inherently more secure. /3
