Absolute disgrace for Donald Trump. People know he's the one behind all this and feel sympathy for most of the rest of us. Or at least the kind people do.

I hesitate to offer advice because I don't know the climate there. Is there any way of misting the air or humidifying it, or is there too humid and you need to dry it out?
Are you warm and safe and dry and fed and loved? Just enjoy that for a minute. Free present with it. Breathe. The world will come back eventually and you will get up and do what needs to be done. Until then enjoy being. Enjoy love.
