I honestly would not be surprised lmao. Like, yeah, you might have your run of the mill bigotries on individual backwater planets where the people are more or less left alone, but in more Imperium-heavy worlds and esp. among the military ranks, they'd look at you like "??? Weird little barbarian..."

Yeah like, there are also *so many other* interesting forms of infighting that aren't just the usual boring racism/sexism/x-phobia that you can use for tension among the ranks. In 40k it's usually doctrine schisms between different factions, which is way more interesting to me
