#Cavs guard Sam Merrill is going through a post-practice workout today. He’s using his right hand to shoot, which is the first time we’ve seen this since his injury last month.

#Cavs lost to a very shorthanded Warriors team 99-94. Cavs created plenty of good looks, but couldn't make many of them. Certainly a bad loss for the Cavs.

Donovan Mitchell had 29, Evan Mobley had 18 and Darius Garland had 17.

They're shooting horribly beyond the arc tonight, but they've taken 27 shots in the paint and only made 10 of them. That's the issue.

Donovan Mitchell hits a 3-pointer at the buzzer of the second quarter to bring the #Cavs within 9 at 45-36. I think the Cavs have had a decent enough process so far tonight, but they're shooting horribly.

#Cavs list Lonzo Ball (injury management) as out tonight against the Warriors. Tyrese Proctor (personal) is also out.

#Cavs get a much needed win over the San Antonio Spurs 130-117. Donovan Mitchell led the way with 28 points, Jaylon Tyson had 24 and Evan Mobley had 17.

They played their best quarter of the season in the third quarter and have a lot to feel good about from tonight.

A 28-9 run for the #Cavs over the first 6-plus minutes of the third quarter to take a 92-81 lead over the Spurs. Jaylon Tyson has 11 of his 19 points in the quarter.

They needed something like this badly.

#Cavs trail the Spurs 72-64 at halftime. San Antonio did whatever it wanted on offense. Devin Vassell has 25 points and made seven first half 3s. Spurs have 9 offensive rebounds and 18 second chance points so far. Cavs were alright offensively, but tonight has just been more of the same so far.

#Cavs trail the Spurs 35-30 after the first quarter. Another quarter where they struggled to stay in front of anyone on the perimeter. Think this building could best be described as angsty right now.

Donovan Mitchell has 9, Craig Porter Jr. has 5.

#Cavs forward Evan Mobley will play and start tonight tonight against the Spurs.

#Cas head coach Kenny Atkinson says “we’ll see” on whether or not Evan Mobley (illness) plays tonight. Atkinson says that Mobley is here and going to try to get some shots up.

Sam Merrill is once again going through what appears to be a left-hand only workout following the team’s shootaround this morning. Merrill has a brace on his right hand.

#Cavs fall to Portland 122-110 as some fans that are left boo. This team looks incapable of stringing together consistent performances right now. Things looked OK against Indiana on Monday, but this certainly feels like two steps back.

Deni Avdija (ankle), Donovan Clingan (lower leg contusion) and Kris Murray (hip contusion) are all questionable.

Jrue Holiday (calf) and Robert Williams III (injury management) are both out.

Kenny Atkinson said that Donovan Mitchell had a look pregame that told him that Mitchell wouldn't let them lose.

"We're 12-9. That's the look. We should not be 12-9."

The Cavs needed to show a sense of urgency tonight and Mitchell gave them a superstar performance.

#Cavs lead the Pacers 99-90 after three quarters. A rough quarter defensively for them, but the offense kept things afloat enough that they're still in solid shape.

Donovan Mitchell has 27 and Jaylon Tyson has 22 for Cleveland.

Cavs lead the Pacers 66-54 at the half. Cavs played great defense for 24 seconds near the end of the half and Andrew Nembhad hit a tough 3 to cut it to a 12-point lead for Cleveland. Donovan Mitchell leads with 17 points, Jaylon Tyson has 15, Evan Mobley had 11 and De'Andre Hunter had 10.

#Cavs lead the Pacers 37-25 after the first quarter here in Indy. Felt like one of the more complete quarters the Cavs have played in a few weeks. Kenny Atkinson talked about the team having a sense of urgency and a little bit of frustration prior to the game. They played like it there.
