I talked about the "noise" bf I go out. During, I try to create some "useful" noise,eg I´m angry with someone,I´m doing an argument with them in my head (using all the swearwords I can find🫣). Helps clearing my head&letting off steam. Or I start daydreaming about sth really great. Lifts my spirits!😀

Often I really have to drag myself to do it,my brain is a nightmare. All sorts of reasoning why I should/shouldn´t do it, do it now,later,which route, etc. Sometimes it helps to deliberately skip 1 day, then I´m so eager/desperate that all the chaos/noise stops!🫣😀
