Dustin also has a great mind for women's wrestling. When he mentored Abadon; he said women's wrestling was the most important part of wrestling. He has a passion for working with them. There's a ton of minds who can contribute.
I think after everything I saw all weekend with Will Ospreay and how well he runs a women's wrestling show they might want to consider getting Will more involved backstage too. RJ seems to be an ace at promos mostly. I guarantee he worked with Thekla to get her where she is now. Jericho used too.
