Oh it’s been fine! I haven’t gone outside today. heh
I make salads using what I think of as components. I like black lentils cooked with a bay leaf, lightly seasoned with salt and pepper and dressed with olive oil. Today I shaved some rind from a lemon and sliced it thinly. OMG the POP of flavor. Adding this in perpetuity.

I got really fascinated with them when this shit surfaced a few years ago and yeah, they are all terrible. Going back DECADES.
I hate pain scales. They are useless. Like the 0-10 or whatever. Functional pain scales are better for me. Am I going to vomit or pass out?
I tried to get pain meds for a drug I knew would make me feel awful. They told me Advil/tylenol would be enough. IT WAS NOT. Sympathies.
