This week my management (we're lawyers, don't hate us) put out a policy that no one should use AI in their writing and if they did it would be considered misconduct and I was SOOOO HAPPY! They didn't rule out future use, so ehhh, but they did emphasize how unreliable it is now. I'll take the win.
As you use AI to simplify easy yet mundane tasks, like writing emails, you get increasingly dependent on it.
You get lazy, less skilled, use your brain less, and (you may not want to hear this) get stupider as a result.
Don’t let them take away your ability to think. Stop using it. Now.

Me neither. I got all the way up to just before the final battle with Cubia only to find out I was missing Virus Cores. Didn't want to assume myself into hunting them down that late in the game so I gave up at that point. I plan on going through them again soon.
