Damien gets exploited a lot, they travel in search of quests. And the quests can either be slaying monsters, or doing someone's dishes. And they're usually eager to help even if they don't get a big reward for doing really hard stuff

So Viktor lives alone thinking the only person that ever cared about him actually fucking hates him
When Viktor got pregnant w Mel's kid, he went through a lot of pain (complications w the pregnancy) & emotional turmoil over becoming a parent (bc his family situation was fucked), but went through w having the kid bc Mel was the only person he cared about & Mel really wanted to have kids
Stink is oddly squeamish about gore, even though he's a doctor & also stitched his own head onto a dead body
Sometimes blood & guts simply don't register in his brain, but other times it freaks him out
