Yes, I’m away this weekend, I’ve just got things going on that are doing my head in at the minute. I’ll be fine, I do go down rabbit holes when I’m cleaning and it’s a cleaning day today.

I’m sure, you’re going through such a lot and me complaining about time off work, must make you wonder why I’m not just enjoying it, I do too, I’ve so much to be thankful for, but It just demonstrates how basic functioning relies on routine for good mental health.
