Welp- don’t stand up so well out of the muffin cups, but nice reddish shade from sauce.
Putting a quick sauce on the drumsticks- gochujang, apple cider vinegar, ponzu, and amber agave nectar for sweetness. Oh- and some lime juice. Go with what ya got- turned out spicy/sweet.
