This afternoon, I spoke with residents in Brown County about the importance of courage in politics and my goal to make sure the voices of the people are louder than the voices of the elected officials.

Today, together, we used our voices. I joined courageous residents, students and faculty in Madison at DSU as we protested the University giving Kristi Noem an honorary Doctorate against the will of the majority current and former faculty, administration and students.

Let’s get up to Madison together to support the Faculty and Student Body of DSU! Those voices have spoken and were loud and it’s time for the school to listen to the people instead of bowing to Noem! See yall there!

I was honored to speak to 130 Vets and Union members in support of workers rights of Federal Employees. This was personal. My mother is a retired VA nurse! To see how budget cuts and worker removals have impacted the Vets they serve, isn’t reform, it’s abandonment!

Trump is correct. Military recruitment is up and there is a direct correlation to the end of DEI. White men between the ages of 18-25 have shown up to become military members while every other category of people has diminished. Hmmmm

The use of Pronouns is NOT CHILD ABUSE! Let’s start misgendering Republicans to see how much they enjoy it. Come on now Madam President…..nahhh that would be an upgrade for Trump.

This language about crime is racist and political grandstanding at its best. Democrats are made up by majority Black folks and he just called us liberal thugs. In reality, Dems commit heinous crimes at a rate of 30% less than Reps. Don’t allow this language to turn police against Black folks again.

Can we also put the J6 folks, the Proud Boys and KKK in the same category as ISIS too since the FBI classifies White Supremacy as the largest threat to America, not immigration?

Farmers deserve better. The Farm Bill has been hanging over the heads of farmers by Republicans for years, is only being held up because Rep don’t want to give = resources in this bill to Black and Indigenous farmers.

His logic is questionable. If in fact what he says about Tariffs being immororal because we are being charged more are true, which they are not, then he should apply the same concept to foreign aid and the Ukraine. What Trump is doing is the immoral part.

The days of rule by unelected Bureaucrats are over? What about Musk? Hmmmm

Trump is so obviously lying to the American people on the data surrounding SSI. Even the newly named Social Security Acting Commissioner Lee Dudek, appointed by Trump, has publicly said these are false claims.

We all look for our Executive Branch to cut waste. DOGE has cut thousands of jobs and hurt thousands of families. The cuts and people that Trump mentions in his speech are majority Black people but ALL of color. Racist enough for you? Divisive enough for you?

Making America affordable again while imposing Tariffs on our largest trade partners won’t help the economy at all. It hurts farmers in states like SD most. This is why we have higher prices. Not because of the previous administration.

The removal of a Black man from the State of the Union, by a well known racist is symbolic of Trumps Presidency.

Trump says that he is just getting started. There have been 90 lawsuits against his administration so far. The deficit is increasing drastically and the stock market is plummeting. How much more damage can he do?
