Lemme ask you one thing; why would a social media platform rely on another social media platform for moderation and support contact?

Answer: THEY SHOULDN'T. Any and all communication is supposed to go through their platform or a ticketing system, comms go through e-mail then.

A discord conversation, going back and forth on the urgency of the report, and the suspected account suggesting I contact another discord account which supposedly handles moderation.
