I don't disagree that he's using religion to mask personal homophobia, but using that religion to bring in things like Iraqi laws is a bit odd. Why would he have any comment to make about that? As I say, would you expect an Irish Catholic to have to comment on the Italian age of consent being 14?

Yeah, and Ireland, Italy and Spain share a common religion also. You brought in Iraq, why should that mean anything when he's from Holland?

Should, say, Irish people openly speak about Italian or Spanish government plans as well?
