The nonsense we are seeing is the foreign-state intimidation of a confidence man, a mobster and their cabal. Our own confidence, faith, and belief in our survival will lead us through this.

If you spread dismay, if you amp despair, you are helping them win.

It lives in the blood of every Canadian regardless of origin, tenure, colour, language, or religion.

We're tough, nationally, but most importantly, individually.

We are free.

While the long-ago f!ghters, pilots, nurses, mothers and families who helped win WWII are almost all dead, that attitude, intelligence, resourcefulness, that Fuck-You defiance is not. It is inherent in the very ground upon which we stand.
