That is nonsense. The unborn are not people because they haven't been completed yet.

Souls are immortal and cannot be negatively affected by a body made unavailable to them. But we CAN be harmed by being born to "mothers" who do not want us!

We need a systematic way of weeding out mentally defective, willfully ignorant, religious nuts, or otherwise deranged people from voting or having any political power of any kind at all.

There is potentially no limit to the detail that would be needed in a new constitution as long as we have large populations hellbent to find loopholes that destroy civil liberties.

We need to BAN the Republican Party for the very same reason Germany had to ban the Nazi Party.
