An airplane headed mech man shaped after an airplane. He wear a blue longcoat with a large collar. He also wears blue triangle shades,white scarf, red buttoned shirt, black pants and belt, and white and blue shoes as well as shoulder pads designed after a plane's turbine. His name's Captain Delta, The CEO of Trilantic Airlines. Though he is always travelling across the world to help preserve the peace in other parts of the world. He is also Hasshack's idol and guardian after Delta rescued him from the criminals he was forced to work with. Though he is serious in his line of work, he is actually very caring towards any of his passengers and the crew he works with. Wants to spend time with Hasshack, but work prevents him from doing so. He's also a nerd when it comes to vehicles and robots and even has a manga and comic section in his plane to share his interests with others. They inspired his seeker of justice character trait.

I made you something!” Offscreen, the Chairman responds with “Oh?” In his hand, the Chairman holds a drawing of him and Bobby Jr, with the words “Thanks for the gifts, I love you THIS MUCH! With Love, Bobby Jr”. In the drawing, the Chairman is holding Bobby Jr. who has his arms spread out wide. The Chairman says “Oh, wow. Panel 1: A blue fox is walking down Silly Street and whistling to himself. His eyes are closed. Panel 2: The blue fox's eyes shoot open as he falls straight down through something unseen. Panel 3: In the estates, a red duck and a pink horse are surprised and horrified by the blue fox shooting out of a portable hole the horse is holding. The red duck asks, "Are you sure you brought the other with you?" The pink horse replies, "I know it was in my pocket earlier! I must've dropped it somewhere!" The somewhere is cut off by her screaming as she looks in horror at the blue fox. Panel 4: The blue fox smacks into the tree and lands upside-down, his face dizzy as he points at the other Toons. He tells the horse, "...It's on Silly Street." The horse smiles and says, "Ah! Thank you very much!" The duck looks at the reader with an unamused expression.

Watch out for wayward Portable Holes!
