if all gender affirming care for every patient, adult or child, requires a psychiatrist, endocrinologist, and bioethicist, there will, quite simply, BE no gender-affirming care.

Couldn’t stand the prospect of being aware of the world today so I spent the day at Ghost Ranch and Abiquiu, followed by more arroyo walking and then a long hot bath (side of wine + queso & chips). NOW I can handle election results, whatever they may be.

I peeked over there and saw that she’s going through a really hard time. I don’t have the app anymore and need an alternate way to reach her :/

I was in a telehealth session with distant clients when it happened here and my desk SHOOK - they thought it was an earthquake.

I did exactly that in January and it imprinted something in my soul. Can’t wait to be back there.
