Well, opinions are subjective but to me it feels like the people saying that expected her to be a literal Disney princess.

The Charlie we got is a more realistic portrait of what happens to an optimist when they're faced with tragedy.

It's a legit plot device and I think it's pretty well done.

Yes, exactly! I've always seen him as having fluffy feet but there's something so adorably moth-like about it and it looks delicate compared to how confidently he carries himself.

That and it just left me giggling at 4am. I can't wait to draw them too.

I lost it when I saw those teensy, tiny feet. Like, I didn't realize how cute I would find them.

That was SO worth waking up at 3am for...now the problem is falling back asleep.

I would love that! A sort of reverse Loser Baby moment where Angel proves to Husk that he can be there for him just as much and they bond even more.

Picking each other up whenever the other falls down would be a really nice dynamic to see from them.

This is how weird I am for Hazbin Hotel.

I discovered why my Hazbin and and Helluva Boss art isn't reaching anyone on Instagram. It helps ease some of the discouragement I've been feeling that my work isn't good enough or likable, but I now feel like the algorithm is going to prevent me from ever getting to properly share my work there.

That's definitely the experience I've had in any of my irl interactions with fellow fans and it feels like we're all a big, supportive family!

I've found the online community a bit more difficult to navigate so I try my best to bring that spirit into the online spaces too.

It's such a fun art style to draw! I'm glad to hear it inspired you to pick up drawing again, the world needs as many artists as it can get.

They've been marketing it pretty steadily for the past few months, so this is a good example of how imperfect algorithms can be.

I'm glad you discovered it so soon after release though!
