I tried 8 sessions with laser and then bought my own IPL. I stopped laser after a session where I had serious negative after effects.

I found IPL to be just as effective or more effective than laser.

My IPL cost less than two laser sessions. I was finding laser was having only marginal impact.

Very unlikely. 5km is my gentle limit.
