My 20yr old daughter watched the Bill & Frank episode of Last of Us last night.

She was heartbroken.

I asked her today if she was over it now...

Clearly not.

Blue Eye Samurai is phenomenal.

Great characters and story, heartfelt, funny, gory as hell.

Watch it. Thank me later.

Say your dialogue out loud before you write it.

Every word, every emotion. BE that character. Feel their anger, sadness, excitement, whatever it might be and write that down.

Bad dialogue is writing shit from your head without seeing if it actually sounds like... People.
