Ich koch den immer bis zu gewünschten Konsistenz. Dann etwas Margarine im Topf erhitzen, Salz+Pfeffer+Muskat ran, dann (ganz wichtig) etwas Paniermehl und zuletzt den gekochten Rosenkohl darin schwenken. Geht immer 😎
