The awards are open to pharmacy professionals and teams across all areas of practice, with categories including Unsung Hero, Clinical Leadership, Pharmacy Practice and Use of Technology. Special recognition for our 15th edition To mark 15 years of Clinical Pharmacy Congress, a one-off 15 Year Recognition Award will be presented in 2026, honouring individuals who have had a lasting impact on clinical pharmacy practice over the past 15 years.
