Three separate nonhuman figures being tube fed and in various states of immobile.
King Vevil, (he/they) a very bottom heavy Th'delian king, desperately drinking from a tube. He has dark hair and long ears. He is wearing the most clothing of the three but his gains are steadily tearing holes and out growing them. Their tail is shorter than the other too but quiet plump.
King Devir (they/them) is a very belly heavy King. Their gains elsewhere are much farther behind as their stomach swells and lifts them off their tippy toes. Their tail is also overstuffed.
King Chio (she/her) is a bottom heavy Th'delian King but her top has started balancing it out. Her ass, hips, and thighs are massive and her lower legs have become incased with fat. She has 4 arms, with hands eagerly rubbing her growing but otherwise small belly. Her tail is also massively fat.
