The fact that someone might stop by and take an interest or ask questions is a positive consequence. As @svelhlaupr.bsky.social said we are in effect unpaid advertisers for TFL.

Personally speaking and I’m sure the same is true for many game runners, a large part of our enjoyment at lard days is putting on a visually pleasing game backed up by an enjoyable scenario.

My thoughts, generally a lard day involves 5 or 6 games being run twice AM and PM. Usually 4 players per game so 20-24 ticket holders ( golden) and as the games are usually scenario based drop in drop out does not work. Find out how much room you have. Most games need a 6 x 4 plus small side table.
