Disney’s live-action Snow White is a visually stunning, family-friendly remake with a modern twist. Rachel Zegler shines in the lead, Gal Gadot delivers an OTT Evil Queen, & the new songs fit well. While CGI dwarfs may feel odd at first, the film’s updates & energy make it an enjoyable watch.

Mufasa doesn’t live up to the original 1994 cartoon, but its original storyline & improved facial expressions put it ahead of the 2019 remake. Miranda’s songs can’t compete with Elton John’s earworms & Metzger’s compositions don’t hold a candle to Zimmer’s perfect score.

So, I finally checked out Madame Web, and God, was that one of the worst movies I have seen. Bad acting, CG, ADR - I can't believe it got through any QA process at Sony. I'm sorry for the people both in front of the camera and behind who have their names associated with this.

Saw Moana 2 over the weekend. While it doesn’t quite match the original, and the songs aren’t as memorable, it’s still an enjoyable theater experience. Kids will love it, and with its box office success, a Moana 3 is almost certain - especially since the mid-credit scene teases the next chapter!

Gladiator II expands on the original’s world but struggles to match its impact. Paul Mescal leads a strong cast, yet lacks Russell Crowe’s commanding presence. The soundtrack pales next to Hans Zimmer’s iconic score. Though visually impressive, it falls short of the original’s classic status.

I was pleasantly surprised to find Red One to be an entertaining, if formulaic, movie. It feels a bit like Men in Black + Air Force one with a holiday twist.
Chris Evans is as charming as ever, & Dwayne Johnson once again pulls off the role of a tough yet endearing hero.
Forgettable but fun.
