recipe:
bread
butter
two frozen samosas
one frozen samosa (for garnish)
tamarind sauce
butter and sauce bread, cook frozen samosas (optional),season to taste
hehe it is pretty cozy π

normally I like to make vegan sisig with sausage to have a sausage sisig but I used tempeh today (and leek, red onion, red pepper, red finger chilies, but not red hair)
I also forgot I was cooking pak choi so it looks sad :(

I had a full grown, unkept beard before starting to transition, I did not think I could carve myself to a woman
I made pajeon! tho I definitely used way too much potato and veggies compared to batter and should've julienned the potatoes rather than having them fry thickness but I'm emotionally attached to my really small, blunt knife
I also made a gochujang dip :)

i need new dishes as these ones are small so I just piled the enoki on top in a H for "hooray hrt"

thai yellow curry including my beloved tofu bean curd
a lot of non-vegan western people don't know about tofu bean curd but it's great! you buy it dry typically and it absorbs flavours and has a firm and bouncy texture as well as protein for the gains π¦¦
let myself down not making it pink tho :(
they become relaxed, soft and melt with a firm touch (before cooking) which is a despicable state of being π€
