I have made a few cool things since last posting but the pinnacle of my cooking skill is a samosa sandwich I made (I ran out of tofu :( )

recipe:
bread
butter
two frozen samosas
one frozen samosa (for garnish)
tamarind sauce

butter and sauce bread, cook frozen samosas (optional),season to taste

it tastes kinda odd like tofu but with a bit of fermented-y taste but it's really good in any kind of sauce or especially glazed

sisig :)

normally I like to make vegan sisig with sausage to have a sausage sisig but I used tempeh today (and leek, red onion, red pepper, red finger chilies, but not red hair)

I also forgot I was cooking pak choi so it looks sad :(

I made pajeon! tho I definitely used way too much potato and veggies compared to batter and should've julienned the potatoes rather than having them fry thickness but I'm emotionally attached to my really small, blunt knife

I also made a gochujang dip :)

made mushroom risotto the other day to celebrate four years hrt, i also made crispy enoki mushrooms tho i never used batter and never have tried to make crispy enoki so it was a learning experience

i need new dishes as these ones are small so I just piled the enoki on top in a H for "hooray hrt"

thai yellow curry including my beloved tofu bean curd

a lot of non-vegan western people don't know about tofu bean curd but it's great! you buy it dry typically and it absorbs flavours and has a firm and bouncy texture as well as protein for the gains 🦦

let myself down not making it pink tho :(
