We have yogurt every morning for breakfast, and sometimes as a snack in the middle of the day, so we go through big containers really quickly. I’m happy I tried it.. and now I have more yogurt! 🥳

Transfer to small pot and simmer while stirring for a few minutes, then strain and allow to cool slightly
CREAM TOP:
🥛 2 tbsp heavy whipping cream
🥛 1/2 tbsp corn milk
Instructions: Froth or blend together until thick
CORN MILK (can size up to make in bulk)
Ingredients:
🌽 1/2 cup canned corn, drained and rinsed
🌽 1 cup milk or milk alternative
🌽 2-3 tbsp sweetened condensed milk
🌽 pinch of salt
Instructions:
1️⃣ Blend ingredients together and strain (don’t strain if continuing to next step)
OPTIONAL step 2️⃣
Corn milk coffee—so yummy and easy to make. I’ll be trying this again in the future with espresso shots instead to really get the corn milk flavor. Recipe in comments!
