Surprisingly, I think Bozeaux's actually quite good at it. I think he even feels bad enough that, if he forgets, he'll offer to do something on their behalf to make up for it.

Bozeaux, despite his name, carries none of the Ishgardian intonation in his accent. His is actually fairly neutral - like a news anchor or something similar. He wants to make sure when he makes fun of someone, no matter where they're from, they understand him.
