Yesterday my son told me he wanted glitter socks.
I explained to him that for that we'd have to go to the girls' department. He didn't really understand because he loves glitter even though he's not a girl.
I told him that the stores were wrong about children's tastes.

But it doesn’t mean we’re faking anything. It just means we’re evolving.

And the truth is: I’m proud of the effort I’ve made to speak, write, and think in English every day. I’m proud of the work this shift made possible.

Some people mock my accent. Even yesterday, more than 2 years after the switch!

Some say I sound weird, unnatural, or “less me.”

I get it. Speaking another language does change how we express ourselves.

It opened up so many business opportunities.

It helped me meet people from all over the world, including French companies that think and build globally.

But this change also broke the link with a big part of my original community.

In January 2023, I decided to go all in. I switched the language of my videos, my posts, and all my professional content.

It wasn’t just a branding move, it was a mindset shift.
