An Extreme Cold Warning is in effect for all of Wisconsin late tonight and tomorrow morning. Wind chills of -30 to -40°F are expected statewide, and parts of northern Wisconsin could approach -50°F!

This is dangerous cold and being outside in it could quickly cause frostbite and hypothermia.
