Although it is disappointing that ND didn't win tonight, luckily Notre Dame is about so much more than football.

I usually grow the Asian eggplant (the long skinny type). If I get them started early enough, they produce a lot of eggplant!

I'm also in Oklahoma. Planning on tomatoes, squash, chard, beets, carrots, eggplant, and peppers (shishito, jalapeno, hatch). Starting the eggplant indoors soon, because last season it didn't flower until October 😬
