Spring has sprung

Tuckwrmans Ravine, took this photo 7/2022 after descending the ravine. I had taken Lions Head up to Mt Washington. Truly one of the most difficult physical challenges for me. I think if I had walked up to this ravine, I might have turned around 🤣

Finally got out for a hike this weekend, much needed. And I think I finally found hiking boots that don’t aggravate my plantar fasciitis.

In other news, warmer temperatures next week. 9 degrees this morning was rough.

I’ve been watching the video of Elon, his kid, and the Prez. All I can think about is what if he were a liberal and a woman? There would be outrage over her outfit & her having a kid at work.

Is it just me?

I had all kinds of issues including headaches, clenching while sleeping, etc. for me the shot lasted a good 2 years. But the results are different for everyone.

6 days in and my starter is coming along beautifully.

I had Botox from my dentist a few years ago and it worked wonders. After almost 2.5 years I’m ready for another dose.

I made cheese. Seriously. Had some milk I wasn’t going to drink so I made mozzarella cheese with it.

Now what should I do with the leftover whey??

3rd time is a charm? I’ve attempted sourdough starters twice before. 1st time I was moving and had to kill it. 2nd time I killed it by accident. Who knows what will happen this time?

Finally making time for my fitness. Last year was brutal and I truly did not make the time for simple things like yoga. Did 20 minutes last night and that was eye opening. Definitely on a mission to get back to where I was fitness wise a few years ago.
