What we are watching - as U.S. citizens are dragged out of cars and illegal war is waged in the Caribbean - is the corruption of the most sacred power we give the President - the power of violence.

We are no longer a democracy if the regime can use violence without restraint.

The pardons Trump is handing out are a huge, growing scandal that not enough people are talking about. This is a money making operation - for for Trump, his family, his crypto pals, and the Trump-affiliated lobbyists and grifters who the pardon seekers pay.

Republicans aren't going to be able to avoid accountability for the massive health premium increases that are coming. Some people in Connecticut are getting a $25,000 increase. What Republicans have done is immoral - it's going to get people killed.

This is just amateurish buffoonery that confirms this Administration’s foreign policy is alternatively Russian-directed and totally directionless. Such an embarrassment. Our enemies delight.

My friend Kevin Ryan was one of a kind. He represented eastern Connecticut in the state house for a generation. He was kind to everyone. Funny as hell. Cared deeply about people. Wasn't perfect, but no one is. He lived to serve people. And he was a gift. Rest in peace, buddy.
