I love my bodywork dude. Immediate effect is relief & endorphins. Few hrs later & up to 24 hrs, I hurt. Muscles have been moved and stretched. Nerves are carrying impulses. Another day will come the positive effect of his bodywork. Part massage, part hands on healing.

Still getting my footing in my new city. 18 months since we moved. Most of my healthcare is good. Still need to find a primary that I don’t have to educate on Fibromyalgia. Thankfully the one I have still goes along with my cocktail. Very sad the election went the way it did. #resist #spoonie
