Let's be cautious and clear when we talk about internal trade. What some in the business lobby see as "barriers" are hard-fought for regulations and standards that protect workers' health and safety and good, union jobs here in Newfoundland and Labrador.
We support the NL government taking a thoughtful approach to dealing with internal trade policies and regulations, particularly as it relates to protecting local jobs and safety standards.
