It’s that here is a growing sense that there is small number of elite who see themselves as above the law.

Canada absolutely has the skills and resources, but rebuilding manufacturing takes time, investment, and coordinated policy. If we’re serious, that means long-term planning, workforce training, and industrial strategy, not just slogans.

If ICE were truly focused on dangerous criminals, this might be a different conversation. But when armed agents are detaining people with no criminal record, it looks less like law enforcement and more like intimidation.
