Funny year. Got ranked top 5 in NL, better international wins and placements at majors than last year, made good improvements in the second half of the year, had more consistent results, and so my EU rank went...down? Tough competition.
Guess I'll simply work harder this year π

won GameChangers #2.5 yesterday! First time winning a Dutch regional over multiple top 10 NL players, so that's a nice achievement
Also the first time I got 100% replays/VODs for every set played in the tournament, also a nice side achievement lol. Very successful day all around :)
17th/139 at somnio! satisfying placing for how stacked the bracket was, picked up a couple good wins, played lots of fun games
generally the event was very nice, vibes were immaculate, easily one of my favorite tourneys of the year

had a great time in northern norway earlier this month :)
entered 5 different games at BΓ
TIS (Melee, P+, 64/Remix, Ult, HDR) and got top 8 at all of them, and 2nd twice. Got so close to winning Melee, just needed to clutch up a lil bit more
GGs all, was very fun playing and meeting everyone :D

Outside of that I experienced Melee/Smash in pretty much every way imaginable (BtT, event runs, HRC (new Yoshi PB!), ladder sets, friendlies, seriouslies, random characters/stages/items, Hyrule Temple FFA, Runden, Smashketball Remix) so I think I got a pretty full experience lol

& Holiday Ross, lost to 1st and 2nd but both felt very winnable with small adjustments. Lots of fun as always :)
* Crews - carried Stockholm Q Crew to a set win, which was pretty funny lol
Event recap:
* Mystery Bracket - 9th/55 Never played Super Mario Strikers before (and don't play footie games) but managed to adapt, playing with b0xx was fun but would not recommend lol. Hung on for a bit but then ran into players with much more experience, then it was all over
