Thank you. Yes, I go to lunch with my son every week. Hubby has memory problems and I need time with my son and a little break. As anyone who takes care of their loved ones 24/7 knows, it's a challenging job.
We had coffee in a lovely cafe, but forgot to take a picture. ☀️☀️☀️
I went to grocery with my son. The local Nepalese restaurant Nimto had found new premises and reopened with a new buffet menu:

I went grocery shopping with my son today. The weather wasn’t very nice, sleet and rain, but a buffet lunch in our local Thai restaurant was warming and comforting: chicken soup in coconut milk and pork and basil, chicken in yellow curry, spring roll, a fresh side salad. 🍜
Yes, it is important to take care of our own health, we're all responsible for it, and good health will give us many happy years of enjoying a quality life!

Before going to work, I always used to eat warm oatmeal with thawed garden or forest berries. Now I’m retired and have more time and can make different breakfasts.
Thank you. ✨✨✨
