Not really honestly 😂 although in retrospect I was a major Debbie downer all the time lol I just couldn’t help it. More people can relate to the struggle than you might think!

that is so hard!!! in a weird way, grief can leave us raw in a way that makes us open to new relationships. i made many of my lifelong best friends when i was deeply grieving. i hope you find people in your area to lean on for support.

i do recommend coping strategies that allow you to be around others & in community. in my grief, i turned to some harmful tactics but i was surrounded by others and was able to talk a lot to process my grief so ultimately i don't regret it. i mean, i'd do it differently, but i'm still here, y'know?
