It's a shame as it's such a good story. Central characters kept meeting each other on the battlefield like some tiresome 1960s film. And it looked cheap. You made a good choice.

It's waiting for me. Isn't it 8 parts? Too long, I suspect. After K&C and the unbelievably awful Wayward, we've moved on to the House of Guinness, which is very watchable. Great cast & looks magnificent. (Especially after the school play look & cheap AI of K&C).

This was terrible. It took so many liberties with a brilliant (& well known) bit of history and the ending was laughable. I won't be watching King & Conqueror 2.
(James Norton is infinitely better in House of Guinness).

I think so. Tbh I'm happy the waste land has been cleared as that's where the boar took shelter, but the trees down her path have all been chopped down.

Our neighbour's garden is a sea of pink & white ones. They've been chopping down trees and tearing up brambles with tractors there, ready for a sale and yet these plucky little plants have survived. I reckon these are the ones for you!
