Suspect this longer-term phenomenon of cost of living-- what people consider they need to get by-- increasing more than CPI has something to do with lack of recognition of shorter-term gains in real wages during Biden admin.

Would love to see you address whether CPI adequately captures cost of living over the long term. CPI-adjusted median household income has increases 30 to 40% over the past four decades but there has not been a commensurate decrease in people having trouble paying bills.

The Truth Social tweet was incredibly inappropriate, but is there any evidence he tipped off people privately? If not, is this a distraction? Should we just focus on the huge regressive tax hike and the dangerous stupidity?

You need to do better with your communications. Call tariffs what they are: taxes on consumers.

Tariffs are a tax on consumers. Trump is raising taxes on working people. Your communications need to be better.

All for the progressive tax but very nervous about handing the money to an organization with no experience developing housing when we have nonprofit housing developers here with a proven track record.

Use the word "taxes" when referring to these tariffs. They are taxes on consumers.
