Once again: to be politically conservative is to be scared, of everything, all the time.

Contemplate the particular epistemic bubble surrounding these senators, such that they can refer to Bill Maher as an "oracle of the Democratic Party" & expect people to nod rather than laugh at them. Think how far that bubble is from the bubble you inhabit.

I don't feel like I have a good sense of whether it *is* really dogging him with his base, and I don't really trust any left-leaning pods or news outlets to suss that out. The whole movement is a bit of a black box.

Just one more time: this is all very obvious from the evidence currently available! We do not need anyone to "reveal" the truth here, or "uncover" anything. There's nothing hidden. The question before us is whether we are still capable of acknowledging & acting on what sits in front of our faces.

The US right simply does not care. Like literally everything else, pedophilia matters to them only insofar as it hurts their enemies. They do not have any principles or values that transcend tribalism & do not recognize (are incapable of recognizing) that others do.

Really cannot be emphasized enough: there is more than enough evidence on public record for any reasonable person to conclude that Donald Trump is a rapist & a pedophile who actively colluded in the trafficking of minors. We don't need any new revelations or any secret list to know this.
