When Martin O’Neill was at Forrest in 2019 for 6 months? He mainly adopted a 4-2-3-1 formation.
Played a 3-5-2 once in the second last game of the season but mainly a back 4.

He could have left with his head held high instead of continuing to defend the board that left him in the shit.
Bizarre.
The biggest question now is how long is MON the interim manager?
Is this a situation in which if he picks up some wins and gets a good bounce they give it to him long term? That seems like something this board would do.
I love MON but that cannot happen.
Desmonds statement is one that frames all the wrongdoings on Rodgers.
They are trying to control the narrative and blame everything on the manager.
Don’t let them, they are guilty of complete incompetence and disdain for the support.
