Meme globalisation: a colleague bought this stamp in Wenzhou. It turns out that the creature is from an Italian AI-generated meme (AKA brainrot). But the stamp is clearly for a Chinese audience considering the letters on the stamp itself (大脚柽), which translates as "Bigfoot".
