I’ll be interested in what you find. All I do for when we cook them is roast them rubbing them with salt and pepper first. And roasting them till the fat is crispy. This is one of the few things I’ll ever cook to medium well to well done. rendering the fat off ….abit for that succulent flavor.
I don’t know if you’ve ever tried it, but lamb ribs or Mike’s and my favorite Top of the list almost over anything
BTW. I finally have ground lamb and it looks great. And this year I’ve got a 90/10 and 85/15 ground beef as well and several different homegrown sausages. And there are 1/4 pound and 1/3pound ground beef patties packed by the 1 pound.
That makes it so much easier for us. If you post something, then I know exactly who posted it without even having to think about it. Instead of: ‘katehatesthestadium’. 🤪🤣

New, but I can see a real problem right off the bat. So many people have created their account name in either cutesy, cleaver or cloaked identifications, I have a lot of people that are following me that I have no idea who you are 🤷🏻♂️. Why would I follow someone back if I don’t know who you are?
