What if this holiday season, we spend our money at local/small businesses? Do some research and find alternatives. Money still flows into the economy, but not through the oligarch-owned corporate channels.
Even if we only bought 30% of our gifts this way, we'd make a dent and send a message.

When MAGA leaders tell obvious lies to legacy media, they never receive pushback. When donald was asked in 2024 about P25, he played dumb, and legacy media accepted it.
Why is ANYONE watching legacy media? They are owned by fascist-friendly oligarchs who protect fascism.
Obviously lies must be exposed.
But fighting this MAGA strategy requires more than exposing the lie. Democrats (leaders and voters) have been exposing these lies for decades with little success.
Mocking the liars is one effective strategy. Consumer boycotts and strikes are another. RESIST!
Republicans lie.
They know they're lying. It's intentional gaslighting. Pointing out their lies will never get them to "see the light." THEY ARE INTENTIONALLY LYING. It IS their strategy.
Lying is the MAGA strategy.
They do it because they know a lie repeated becomes perception.

When you point out the horrific actions of this regime, MAGA voters play dumb or they say it's not true. My relative does this.
They choose to be ignorant and/or they approve of the cruelty.
They are not normal. They do not behave like normal, well-adjusted humans.
Peaceful protesters assaulted, battered, and taken by DHS at L.A. metro detention center on 9/6/25 after 1 AM.
DHS attacks at 33 sec. into this video. Their common tactic is to wait until vehicles exiting the MDC drive down Alameda. Then the agents chase a protester they targeted in advance.

Michigan, my message to you is the same message I shared at Progressives in the Park in Grand Rapids:
We don’t have to settle.
Hopefully the whole Bari Weiss thing and Ezra Klein thing starts waking people up to the fact that corporate media is mostly populated with mediocre people who have made millions and gained unbelievable influence because they threaten nothing and tell wealthy people exactly what they want to hear.
